Packing up

We packed up and headed home this morning. I should say Andy and I packed. This is what the kids were doing while we were packing:

We did decide we liked the room we stayed in - No. 206. It had a king bed in the loft (from where I took this picture of the living area), the kitchen was recently remodeled and it had two full bathrooms. And it was in the main building and close to the pool, ice machine and stairwell. All good things. Obviously, this picture was taken when the kids were active, probably the first day we were there. The room looks pretty clean.

We stopped along the way at Wequiock Falls near Green Bay. When Andy went on the segway tour, the guide told them there's a park in Door County that has a 40-foot tall waterfall, a mini Niagara Falls he called it. We found it, but it's been so dry up there, it hardly had any water in it. This is what it's supposed to look like. Andy, L and E went walking along the rock bed.

B and I walked back to the car and checked out this statue of Jean Nicolet.
