Bunny's back home

When we were about 10 miles on our way home from Door County, L realized she left her stuffed bunny in the room. Andy and I searched everything before we left since we were getting so much help from the kids (sarcasm intended) so we knew it wasn't on the floor or in a drawer. She thinks she left it folded up in the blankets on her bed. Andy gave her the long speech about being responsible for your things, yada, yada and kept driving as she sat in the backseat and cried, saying the bunny was a gift from one of her friends. I suggested he could call the hotel's front office and if they find it, they could mail it to us postage-due. He didn't want to do that, but this is the same guy who turned back to retrieve a balloon animal that E left in a hotel closet many years earlier. He finally did call and told them the story of the missing bunny. The receptionist called back a few minutes later with good news - bunny was found and they'd be mailing it to us. Bunny arrived home today, safe and sound.
