As soon as B got home from summer school this afternoon we packed up and headed north to Door County, Wis. E drove for about an hour and a half into Green Bay. We stopped to get groceries before heading to our resort, The Landing, in Egg Harbor. Here's the sign welcoming us back.
We had a pizza dinner at Mojo Rosa's, which is almost directly across the street from the resort.
We went down to the harbor to watch their fireworks display, but L dropped a pack of red, white and blue glowsticks I had for her in the water!
She didn't even get to open one of them! We waited until about 9:30 p.m. before L, B and I headed back to the room, before the fireworks even started, and went to the pool. Andy and E watched the fireworks for a little bit, but didn't stay to watch the whole show.
