And we're at Disney

We got up this morning around 3 a.m. for a cab to take us to Midway at 4 a.m. The cab driver was going 60 mph on residential streets - a little scary. Our flight was so early. Andy's plan was to get to Disney and go into a park, rest in the afternoon and go back out this evening. When we arrived at our resort, our room wasn't ready yet so we sat by the pool. Once we got into the room, Andy took B and L to Magic Kingdom and I stayed in the room and tried to nap. This was the first time we've stayed in a Port Orleans Riverside mansion, rather than the bayou rooms. B was a bit upset that it didn't have a trundle bed and he'd have to share a bed. We thought about switching rooms but then decided not to.

We went to Chef Mickey's for a character buffet meal. The kids aren't much into the characters, but they like the buffet.

After dinner we took the Monorail to Magic Kingdom and rode a few of the rides. Here's Andy with the kids on the teacup ride. The lines were pretty short.
