Ever since I saw the photos taken by a local studio, I have wanted to drag Andy and the kids in there to get our portrait taken. Irving had an auction item at its Fun Fair in February that offered a free sitting and a bit of a discount on a portrait purchase from this studio. Since B is headed into high school and L is headed into middle school, I thought it was the perfect time to get a family portrait taken. We bid on the item and won. In May, we went to the studio and had our portraits taken in their outdoor garden. I think the results were fantastic.
And we have a good space to hang it in our dining room. Now, if I can just get that junk basket organized.
