L has had some rough encounters at work but she's also had some good ones. This compliment was from a guest who L said reminded her of grandma. L listened to the story of her frustrating day and sent a little magic her way.
This was the result of just fixing a guest's problem but it's nice to be appreciated. It's also nice these compliments get sent to her supervisor. I love that she's in a role where she can have this type of guest interaction and she loves being able to make guests' vacations better.
