We have to postpone B's birthday dinner this year because he's on his Japan trip. His family hosted a small birthday party for him over the weekend. Looks like they had fun. I'll have to ask him about these photos, and that cake, when he gets home.
I'm guessing this is B meeting a set of grandparents.
I'll definitely be asking him about the mask and party hat. This is his host family minus the mom, who probably was taking the photo. Hmmm. That sounds familiar.
Oh, look, the mom did get in a photo! I like how they're holding up the birthday banner. So nice of them to celebrate with him!
