Mini celebration

We're not having a family party for L's graduation, but we did buy an ice cream cake and hosted a mini celebration with Aunt A and Cousin C. We had ordered the cake online Sunday and received a phone call Monday morning asking what flavor of cake we wanted. Um, chocolate, like the form says. Then, we go to pick it up at the designated time today, 2 p.m., and it wasn't ready. They had to get the cake from another BR store in the area so the kids had to wait 20 minutes for it. Then, we noticed it said congratulation rather than congratulations. At least my new high school freshman noticed the mistake. We were a bit surprised at how small the cake is for a half sheet. Anyway, it tasted good, L was happy and B got to see Aunt A and Cousin C before he leaves for Japan on Friday.

Cousin C, L and Aunt A. I think C and L could easily pass for sisters.
