For some unknown reason (other than that the human resources director is a former math teacher) Andy's office decided to celebrate Pi Day today. Andy and E ran to the grocery store last night after searching for pie recipes online. They decided to make this brownie pie with chocolate chip cookie dough baked on top. It's served with a drizzle of caramel sauce. Andy was in court during the office's tasting and judging, so he cut off a chunk to bring home so we could try it. I thought the brownie was a bit undercooked, but he thought it was gooey and good. To each his own.
