Short Fuse and Imperial Oak

Continuing our unofficial tour of local brew pubs, Andy and I recently stopped at Short Fuse in Schiller Park. I loved the murals on the wall. Lots of "sours" and wheat beers on the menu, which I don't like, but I got the Loosey Juicy and Andy had the Hops into Spring, an IPA. Both were good.
And they had cheese curds on the menu! It's hard to pass up cheese curds. We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the serving.
We also recently went to Imperial Oak Brewery in Brookfield.
Neat how they tied in Brookfield Zoo and the lights are made from their growlers.
The tables have grains in the design. We were little surprised that they have no food menu. Good beer, though.
