What a beautiful day we had yesterday. Perfect weather to watch the Forest Park St. Patrick's Day Parade.
Look at that clear sky. We've gone to the parade in the past but this was the warmest it's ever been. We got so warm on the sunny side of the street we went across the street to be in the shade.
An appearance by the White Sox mascot. We saw our friends Nancy and Vic and had a good time catching up with them. They live a couple blocks from us and we haven't seen them in a while but saw them at the parade and we'll see them again this week at the museum gala. My boss is Vic's brother-in-law. What are the odds?
