I tried chocolate cookie recipe I found online to make big bakery cookies. B was laughing at how big they are - 6 ounces of dough in each one. He was ready to try one until I told him I put walnuts in them.
They are a bit doughy inside (which is how the recipe said they would be) but they're good. Andy likes them too. If I try again maybe I'll only use 4.5 ounces per cookie. They'd still be big but bake a little more, I suppose.
