The village's TV manager came to the museum on short notice to film an interview and brought us a delicious cherry coffee cake. He certainly didn't need to do that but it was a nice dessert for lunch for a couple of days.
And the volunteers have been bringing in their leftover Halloween candy for us. Hard to resist.
And when I arrived at work today I had a new phone on my desk.
This pretty fall tree is just outside the museum's window.
