House history

One of the things people use the museum for is to research their homes. I was looking up something in the yearbooks the other day and looked through our realtor files (organized by street) just to see what I could find. I found this listing for our house. We think it was built in 1927 so this listing would have been in the late 1950s.
This picture was on the back. Asphalt siding, more windows on the rear porches than we have, no utility box or stoplight, a fancy streetlight (some streets still have these) and really small bushes.
This listing shows the 1977 property taxes were $841. I'd like that tax bill now. The house was listed for $46,500 and the front door was being replaced in this picture.
Not sure if the house was pulled off the market for more improvements or what happened jt this listing shows 1978 taxes were $851. And then listed for $55,440. This listing says, "Great potential" and "Needs some TLC," which, if you know any realtor speak, means there's a lot of work to be done. Appears the house had the same owner who maybe got married within that year? We think the family that owned it prior to us purchased it from this woman. They did a lot of work on the house, as have we. They must have out on the stucco siding which we just re-did a couple of years ago.
We renovated the kitchen, finished the basement and rebuilt the front and back stairs, not to mention a couple of roofing projects, including a complete tear-off most recently.
