One of the things Ai wanted to see while she was visiting was a large supermarket. I took her and the girls to Meijer after school to buy some of the weekly groceries. Ai was taking pictures throughout the store of the mass quantities of food available. She got a kick out of the Japanese section, noticing a few things she can find back at home. E helped her work the self-checkout so she could buy herself some gum.
