This morning was my last physical therapy session. I go back to see the hand surgeon on Friday and my therapist, Jamie, is going to recommend that I'm able to do all the exercises on my own. She said I'll need to continue to massage my scar tissue for a year and do my exercises. Apparently the progress you can reach a year from your injury date is where you'll stay. My parting gift was a little hand exerciser, similar to the ones I used at therapy but not as sturdy.
