Chillin'

I'm not sure why, but the kittens love spreading out on our wood floors. They must be cool to them.

L, B and his friend, IR, went to the church's middle school youth group party tonight. The kids were able to open the gifts, then exchange them. B brought home the puzzle L took, IR brought back the game I wrapped for him to take (last minute thing to take him - otherwise B would likely be the only boy there) and L came home with what she called the most-sought-after present - a box with cookies, candy canes and a white chocolate candy bar in it. L was pretty proud of the Santa cookies she created at the party and insisted I take a picture of them. And L's friend, K, who invited L to the party (technically it's for those in grades 6-8) ended up with a little snow globe B brought! L also came home with a princess crown for winning charades. They all came home in high spirits and seemed to have a good time!
