E spent yesterday morning and afternoon at church making pies as a fund-raiser for a mission trip the youth groups plans to take this summer to Toronto, Canada. We bought one apple pie and picked it up today after church. We baked it for an hour, then dug in. I had to have mine with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Pretty tasty! I'm not quite sure how the two of us are going to eat a whole pie though.
