Andy and I tried making a pumpkin pie martini the other night. It's Rumchata, vanilla vodka and pumpkin puree. We used canned pumpkin, but we think we may need canned pumpkin pie filling. I thought it was OK with the pumpkin.
Here's to more experimenting before Thanksgiving! I'm more of a pecan pie person. I'll have to see if there's a recipe for a pecan pie martini. If there's not, there should be.
