B's bag was packed last night and today he left for Japan. All of us went along to drive him to O'Hare this afternoon for an All Nippon nonstop flight to Tokyo. Last year, Andy took him to the airport by himself. Today, B met up with his group at 2:30 p.m. The flight is scheduled to leave at 5:25 p.m. and arrive at Haneda Airport in Tokyo 8:30 p.m. on the 21st.
E, B and his friend D look over a Japanese language book that the travel agent passed out to each traveler. When I looked up some travel information today, I was surprised to see that the sunrise in Tokyo today was 4:25 a.m. and the sunset will be at 7 p.m. That could take a little getting used to.
