I wanted silver and gold appetizer/dessert plates for Christmas. I found the gold ones at Walmart and the silver ones at Party City. My plan was to alternate the appetizer plates, one silver, one gold, etc. However, the ones from Party City are 6.75 inches in diameter which seems pretty standard. The Walmart ones, though, are 6.81 inches in diameter. Why?
