I've already got a couple of tins of cookies in the freezer and plan to make a few more batches before Christmas. Hopefully, I'll have time to try out at least one new recipe. The kids have their favorite cookies (the cut-out cookies and the Italian Sprinkles) so we have to find time to fit those in.
