Our "we have to get out of this house" drive today took us into Chicago. We drove north into the city then turned east to head toward the lake. This was taken over the North Branch of the Chicago River.
Not sure what neighborhood this was but we were a bit surprised at the number of cars and people out. We estimated about 30 percent were wearing face masks.
Heading south on Lake Shore Drive.
Michigan Avenue not crowded with people and cars as it usually would be on a Saturday afternoon.
This is the marquee at the Cadillac Palace Theater.
Under the L tracks heading to the Eisenhower and back home. Again, no cars in sight.
