Project and packing

E packed her suitcase today for her Washington D.C. trip and took it over to her leader's house. The girls leave Wednesday afternoon. As suggested, she was able to get everything in a carry-on sized bag. I'm not sure where she's going to put any souvenirs she buys, though. The bag is full. E also made me very happy when she took her 3-D model of Chicago in 2113 in to her English teacher. It's her project for finals, along with a paper and an outline. The thing was so big I had to drive the Buick and she had to tip it on its side to get it to fit in the back. She said kids were laughing at it as she walked into the school. Andy and I couldn't help but laugh at that. It's a 3-foot-plus model of Chicago being carried into a high school. What's not funny about that? Perfect comic relief for finals week.
