Graduation party

B had a nice family graduation party today. His favorite food of the moment is Popeye's so we ordered some chicken tenders for dinner. I made coleslaw, an antipasto salad, broccoli salad and baked beans for the sides with some potato chips. Funfetti cupcakes were dessert, again at B's request.

We have a baggo game and I thought we'd be able to sit outside on the patio and watch the kids play, but the temperature never reached over 65. Too cold to sit outside so the party was inside. Here's B trying to play an app game, "Heads Up!" that Aunt Allison suggested. He's holding her iPhone with a word on it, and the rest of us are giving him clues so he can guess what word is showing on the iPhone. It's kind of like a high-tech charades game.

And here's Cousin Clare taking her turn at being the guesser.

I was able to get a picture of him with everyone who was able to come. I'm sure he'll treasure these pictures in the years to come. He was so pleased Grandma Barbara was feeling well enough to come over.

Funny that looking back at E's graduation party I have a similar picture of B with Grandma Barbara. He sure has aged in two years!

And here's B with Aunt Julie and Uncle Kevin. Too bad Cousin Steven was working and Cousin Daniel D was already at camp for the summer.

And here he is with Aunt Allison and Cousins Matt and Clare.
