Tonight Andy and I got all dressed up for the Pilgrim Nursery School Gala. The school holds the fund-raiser every other year and we've been to three before. We were debating whether to purchase tickets this year and never got around to it, but a couple from church gave a donation that left them with extra tickets they graciously offered to us.
E took a few pictures of us before she left to babysit for another couple that was going to the gala. L spent the night at Grandma's house and B stayed home, enjoying having the house all to himself. He wasn't feeling too well all day but managed to muster up enough energy to jump into one of our photos:
The gala was at Unity Temple. The theme was the Roarin' 20s and the signature cocktail was Lime Southern Comfort with ginger ale (surprisingly tasty). A jazz band of high school students provided the music. The highlight of the night was the silent auction. Andy and I won a pair of tickets to Zanie's Comedy Club that includes dinner for two at Roy's. Should be fun!
