Best day ever

You know when L comes home from school singing, "This is the best day eeeeever" that she has a good story to tell.

Apparently, yesterday she was chosen to take the attendance slip to the office. While on the first floor, she saw one of the custodians dancing around and he accidentally kicked a water fountain. Water started shooting out of it. He looked at L and jokingly said, "You didn't see that, did you?" She just smiled and as a bribe for her silence, he told her to meet him by the vending machine today. After school, L found him (she wasn't going to let a vending machine promise fall to the wayside) and he gave her a dollar. She snuck into the teachers' lounge and bought some Starbursts. L's teachers usually say she's quite the tattle-tale. I'm sure the custodian is glad she's working on overcoming that.
