L cakes

All three kids have had the same wonderful fourth-grade teacher, Ms. P. One of her writing projects is an expository essay where students write out directions for something they like to do. As extra credit, the students can demonstrate with the class what they wrote about, or share what they wrote about with the class.

When E was in fourth grade, she made her class Rice-A-Roni Chicken Casserole and even handed out the recipe to a few kids who wanted to make it at home. B took in a tray of his delicious brownies. (He regularly supplied Ms. P with brownies!) L decided she was going to make "Lindsey cakes."

According to L, Grandma B told her that you can make cream-filled cupcakes by squirting aerosal whipped cream into the top of a cupcake. I had no idea. L got a good grade on her essay and decided she needed to make some L cakes to share with her class tomorrow. I'm not sure how this going to work or taste. Guess we'll find out tomorrow.
