And my surprise of the day - I saw my friends Bill and Kelly from Pekin at the hotel's happy hour! They were in O'Fallon for their daughter's volleyball tournament. We were able to sit and catch up a bit. I haven't seen them in probably 15 years though we do stay in touch on Facebook.
