I thought it would be nice to bring some hyacinth and daffodils in vase to make the house smell nice. Then I read that they're both poisonous to cats and even the smell of hyacinth can be lethal. Yikes. Muffles probably wouldn't bother it but August would so now the vase is sitting on our back steps.
