We our friends Tim and Betsy at Lincoln Park Zoo last night for the Zoo Lights display. We didn't see any animals but we didn't expect to. It was kind of cold though not windy. We were bundled up.
We went in this rooftop area for drinks and dinner.
Upon entering the rooftop we each got a set of glasses that turned the Christmas lights into shapes. This one made Christmas trees. Others made stars, giraffes, candy canes and gingerbread men.

even monkeys were lit up.
The decorations even continued into the restrooms.
It was a nice night to be out with friends and to be able to catch up. Our social outings are limited with the virus still a threat.
