Andy and I went to Ridgeland Common yesterday afternoon to pick up a take-out meal from Frontera Grill, our usual spot for our
anniversary dinners. They took orders online and delivered to Oak Park. Not an inexpensive meal but, as Andy said, so delicious. And Trump just sent me another farm subsidy check so we treated ourselves.
Salas, cheese, guacamole, onions, peppers and lime slices.
We ordered the tacos - beef and chicken - and just microwaved everything after the church's lights tour. We had three tacos each and had a little left over. Andy made margaritas, of course.
The meal also came with beans and rice ...
and flan for dessert. So yummy. L opted for a frozen pizza. She doesn't know what she's missing.
