Andy and I left early to drive to Champaign and pick up B for winter break. The sun was right in our eyes on the Tri-State making a challenging drive a bit more so. Traffic was actually pretty light for a Friday.
This is what we saw when we drove up to B's apartment. His building was having a holiday balcony decorating contest. Not a lot of balconies were decorated but this one struck me as pretty funny. Maybe Santa is hanging on like the students have been hanging on all semester?
So happy to get him home. He has one last final to take online tonight.
