E took over dinner duty the other night and made a mozzarella-stuffed chicken breast. She stuffed it, fried it and baked it, smothered in spaghetti sauce. Served it with penne pasta. Pretty good. She even warned us not to eat the toothpicks that were holding it together. Nice tip.
