I went with three other women yesterday afternoon to a quilt shop in LaSalle to select material for banners for the church's 150th anniversary.
The banners will be inspired by the stained glass in our sanctuary.
So many pretty fabrics to choose from!
There were quilts hanging everywhere.
Molly shows off the design she doodled during a church service. (Don't tell her husband, our pastor).
We watched a movie, "Mrs. Harris Goes to Paris," after dinner. It was pretty good.
