Andy and I met our friends Leslie and Sam at Babygold last night for a barbecue dinner before walking the few feet to Fitzgerald's nightclub for a concert.
We were there mainly to see the warm-up singer, Rachel Drew, who has performed at Leslie's house concerts several times.
The headliner was
Caroline Spence from Nashville. Her show started at 9:30 p.m. and she was good but Andy and I left about an hour later. It was past our bedtime.
