Disney Day 8 - vacation is over

E and D went to the airport today to fly home and so did Allison and B. That left Andy, L and I to explore Magic Kingdom. Our first stop was some photos in front of the Disney casting door.
I took four pics of L in fromt of the castle but she had her eyes closed in every single one. Grrr.
It was the least crowded of all the days we'd been in the parks. This was Disney's marathon weekend so we figured all the marathoners were sleeping. We walked onto Space Mountain (and L met a fellow CPer in line who's in an online group chat with her.) We also went on Carousel of Progress and Pirates of the Carribean before having lunch at Pecos Bill's.
Just as we were returning to the resort, we saw E and D getting ready to catch the bus to the airport.
One last sisterly hug. E's face cracks me up.
Andy decided to catch the bus early to go to the airport and pick up our rental car. (He got on the same bus as E and D and sat in the seat in front of them.) We got a Subaru. It was big enough to fit four large suitcases, my carry-on and a few tote bags, as well as leftover groceries. We were glad we could fit everything in one trip.
We're staying at the Marriott Townplace Suite. We have a king-size bed. L will crash on the sofa sleeper. It's a lot smaller than what we've gotten used to this week.
We took a short car ride to see L's future apartment building.
