We were all up early this morning to get our 4 a.m. cabs to Midway for our 7 a.m. flight. We had two cabs - E, B and BF D got the first one at about 4. Andy, L and I were in the second one. He was a half hour late, parked down the street, swerved all over the place and had his hazards on for the whole drive. Ride from hell. Here's Muffles rubbing L's head as we prepared to leave.
The snow in Chicago made our flight take off late but we all made it to Orlando, except L's friend A whose flight got canceled. He's expected to arrive tonight.
We had an early dinner (3 p.m.) at Crystal Palace in Magic Kingdom. We all went on the Pirates of the Carribean ride after dinner then to our resort, Saratoga Springs.
As we were leaving the park we saw the flag being lowered for the night and the band played the national anthem. Never saw that before.
It was really hard to find our building. Where are the numbers Disney? We looked at three buildings before finding ours.
It's a nice three-bedroom space.
Nice kitchen and dining room. We're ready for bed.
