Unbelievable
Andy said the scene downtown today was unbelievable as thousands of Cubs fans converged on the city for the World Series celebration parade. He watched it pass by at Columbus Avenue and said it took him and his fellow attorneys an hour to walk from Grant Park where the rally was back to their office. He claims he's never seen so many people in one place at one time. What an experience. Glad I was home.
Two of Andy's fellow attorneys enjoying the celebration and the beautiful sunny, 60-degree day. It is November, right?
Crowds ...
and more crowds.
Andy didn't make it to the river but the city dyed it Cubs blue this morning. This picture was taken by WGN. I even heard on the TV that the Cubs don't have a trophy case because, well, they've had nothing to put in it for 108 years. Guess it's time to build one.
