Today I tried a new cookie recipe for Christmas - ready made peanut butter cookie dough baked in a mini muffin pan and topped with a Reeses peanut butter cup when it's done. Sounds simple, doesn't it? Even though I sprayed the muffin pan, those darn cookies would not come out. I managed to salvage a couple dozen, but the rest went into the "let's eat these now" pile. L and her friend, N, were munching on them after school and said they taste good. These won't be making it into the annual Christmas cookie baking routine.
