E has been wanting a panini maker for a while and when we did a bit of Black Friday shopping, we found one at Macy's for $20 with a $10 mail-in rebate. Of course, she was with it so it seemed kind of silly to make her wait to use it until Christmas. We let her open it right away and both she and L have been busy making paninis for snacks and dinners. If I knew I could get out of cooking and just let them make their own paninis I would have bought this a long time ago. This is L's creation of a panini - pepperoni and mozzarella cheese on slices of ciabatta bread.
