After bringing home the tooth L lost at Grandma's house last night, L put it in a plastic bag with this note:
Dear Tooth Fairy,
I would like if you could give me my money, but leave my tooth please.
P.S. Here's a gift.
The gift was a chocolate gold coin, which I believe was left over from her Christmas stocking.
The note worked. This morning, L found $1.25 in the baggie with the tooth and the chocolate coin was gone.
