Japanese dinner


B took over the cooking dinner duties last night and made us a curry dish he ate at his host family's house in Japan. He browned beef (unseasoned taco meat), added carrots, onions and potatoes, then mixed in a curry sauce we bought over the weekend at Mitsuwa. He served it over rice. He said next time he'll dilute the curry with more milk. He used some milk but it's supposed to have a stew consistency and it didn't end up with enough liquid. It was good, though.
