The landscaping is done. Let's hope we can maintain it and keep it looking nice for a long time.
New sod, leaving us grass with no clover and a lawn that, for the first time since we've moved in, is level.
Instead of relocating the gate, or not using it any more, we had them put in stepping stones.
This is the view from the stop of the stairs. Yes, E is trying to walk Muffles on a leash.
And not only is the yard done, but L is done with school today. She was busy last night making name plaques for each of her teachers and even printed out an individualized note on the back of each one. She had her favorite teacher, Ms. B's, note in an envelope so I couldn't read that one. The others were really sweet and heartfelt. I'm sure her teachers will appreciate them. This morning she was taping on the final touch - a small candy bar.
