Day of luncheons


E sent me this picture of her at the Electrical and Computer Engineering graduation luncheon today. Hard to believe she only has two weeks left at U of I! She said the luncheon menu was braised beef, spinach and ricotta lasagne, salad, rolls, wild rice and sauteed vegetables.


And while she was having her luncheon, I was having lunch with the Pilgrim teachers and church staff. The luncheon was set up in the parlor and Maureen decorated all the tables, as usual. Joycelin made a vegetable lasagne and a meat lasagna along with a salad. We finished the meal with sweet potato pie and Joycelin's birthday cake. They even gave us candy as gifts!
