Some recipes only get made once a year and this is one of those. I bought some Granny Smith apples at the store an made an
apple crisp. The hardest part, of course, is peeling and cutting the apples.
The rest came together easily. Ready for the oven.
You can't have apple crisp without vanilla ice cream. Delicious.
