We ordered this diploma frame Feb. 25. I chatted online with the company's customer service last week asking why it hasn't arrived. They said a shipping label was created that day. Oh, great. So I'll get a shipping confirmation email? Yes, and it will give you a Fed Ex tracking number, they said. I never got a shipping confirmation and never saw a tracking number. Miraculously, it arrived undamaged today. It's a really nice frame. We went for the picture of the quad for the top opening. They also offered watercolor pictures of the quad or a black and white sketch of it.
