Mayu spent the morning doing laundry and packing, taking a little time out to have a cup of coffee and give August a big, long hug. He's been warming up to her in this last month, hopping up on her chair to be petted. She met friends at a local restaurant for breakfast; B went early. She was surprised to see a whole gathering of friends rather than the one she made plans with. B stopped home to grab some game controllers this afternoon, then went to a friend's house where Mayu's farewell was continuing.
We had tacos for dinner as Mayu requested for her last homecooked American meal.
Andy had his first day of volunteering at the women's tournament at Kemper Lakes today. He was gone before I even got out of bed. Had to wait till he came home for a picture of him in his snazzy uniform.
