L leaves for Japan in just two days!!! Today she finished a scrapbook of her life in America to show her host family.
When we were at the Jewel this morning, the girls convinced me to buy this huge chocolate chip cookie as a going-away for L. It says, "Have fun in Japan" although it looks like "Nave fun im Japan." She's sad it will be her good-bye to Mayu. They were both almost crying in the Jewel just thinking about it. Yikes. Better take a lot of tissues Friday.
