Before L left for Disney we had a new retainer made so it would fill in her two, missing bottom teeth. She told me other day it's starting to tear so could we get another one before she goes to school? Well, I had the mold they took in December and they said they could make a replacement but can't guarantee it will fit since she's not here to have a new impression done (and she'll be home one full day, on a Saturday - the day the office is closed - before moving into her dorm next day). I said we'd take the gamble and they had a new one made in less than an hour.
